Tenants submit requests through the portal. We triage urgency, coordinate vendors, and keep owners informed.
How do owners receive updates?
Through the owner portal, email, and direct communication from the property manager.
Can I use my own vendor?
In most cases, yes. We're happy to coordinate with vendors you already trust.
How do you help reduce owner stress?
By owning the day-to-day coordination — tenant communication, maintenance, documentation, and rent collection.

How do I submit maintenance requests?
Through the tenant portal — please include photos and a clear description.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies. For urgent property emergencies, use the emergency number in your lease or portal.
How do I pay rent?
Through the tenant portal using the Pay Rent feature.
How do I update my contact information?
Update your contact details directly in the tenant portal.
How do I give notice to move out?
Follow the notice requirements in your lease and notify us in writing through the portal.
